Discovery

Firstly I sit down with my Client. I would like to understand, what is their goal, what they want to achieve. After that, I spend some time at their company with the leader(s) executives and observe what they do, how they do it, what they do not do. After gathering the information, I analyse the business, people, culture over all.

The Plan

When I have a good understanding of the company, I come up with my suggestions, directions and we create a detailed plan to follow it through.

Execution

We focus on process, procedures, business flow, communication, clarity, transparency, recruitment, continuous development, while we simultaneously build a great company culture. Obviously, in the centre are always numbers, figures, business goals, people: the expectations of the shareholders, the expectations of the clients/market and the team.
