Manage your emotions

If you can’t manage your emotions, you won’t be able to manage your life.
You have probably heard about Emotional Intelligence numerous times. What is it exactly?

Are you able to manage your emotions successfully? As way as you want it? Do you always feel good about that?
Is it in every field of your life? In your family? In your work? In your relationships? In social settings? In your financial field?

Are you stuck?

Are you getting closer to your goals? If I ask you right now, what are those goals specifically, can you clarify them? What is your progress in that field? Are you filling your days with high priority actions in regard to these goals or your days are busy, full, but filled up with low priority distractions? Are you moving toward or away to your goals by being busy with those actions?

Execution

When I ask my Clients, what they want, often they come up with ideas what they do not want. Is it a problem?

Firstly, if you work on keep avoiding things and moving away from those, you are definitely not working toward what you want to achieve. Secondly, while you are trying to avoid that thing what you do not want, you might just manifest it into your life. Why? Because if I ask you please do NOT think of a red Ferrari with white leather seats, you already visualized it. You might even thought about why white leather and not black?

That is how the mind works. So, who is in charge? That is the question. If you do not have awareness, you are the product of your environment and you programmed by others, by your surroundings, you are purely a machine. There is no substitute for awareness.  So, another question is, who is programming the machine?
